The fundamental laws, the US Federal government, and the basic rights of the citizens are formed according to the constitution of the United States, and this constitution was signed in the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, by the framers of the constitutions, on September 17, 1787 (History, 2021). The important part of the US constitution is the 27 numbers of amendments, among these amendments, the first 10 amendments are called the Bill of rights, which were adopted as a single unit on December 15, 1791 (History, 2021).
